The Service is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees about availability, accuracy, or reliability.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

  • Own or have rights to the files you upload: You must be the copyright owner or have explicit permission to convert the files you upload.
  • Not use the Service for illegal purposes: You may not use the Service to process illegal content, pirated materials, or files that violate any laws.

  • Respect file size limits: Free conversions are limited to 100MB per file.

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the files you upload. We do not claim any ownership or license to your content. Files are processed solely for the purpose of conversion and are automatically deleted within 10 minutes.

Our Content: The PDF2CBR website, branding, design, and code are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

5. File Handling and Privacy

All uploaded files are:

  • Transferred securely using HTTPS encryption
  • Processed on secure servers
  • Automatically and permanently deleted within 10 minutes of upload
  • Never accessed, viewed, or stored by our staff
  • Never shared with third parties
